The Plan

  • We’ll visit the park’s most interesting landmarks including The Pond and Sheep Meadow, using each to reveal new ways to prevent and reduce stress, anxiety and overwhelm.

Jordan Friedman, aka The Stress Coach, is a stress management pioneer and producer of innovative programs, media and resources for companies, universities and individuals. Jordan is also a licensed NYC tour guide, and uses amazing New York City sites to foster team and personal creativity, problem-solving and stress reduction.
